Once called "Shitty twitter", the Galaxyvoid wallet is a permanently locked wallet that some Lumenauts use to send transaction memos, for all of the world to see.
It is also where the SDF sent 50 Billion XLM to be "burned", and where all of the Stellar Network fees are sent. "Burning" these fees reduces the supply of XLM and causes what is called "Inflation", which is beneficial for XLM value since its supply is ever decreasing. It is similar to land in that "They aint making anymore of it", and also similar in that; with the seas rising due to the melting icecaps... The supply is decreasing!
